Rules for Money Year Round

1.  A monthly prize will be awarded with the first drawing held on January 31, 2010.  The prize is a $100 gift certificate from Weddings Year Round.   The gift certificate is non-transferable, and can only be used with any one (1)  business listed as a Recommended Expert on the Weddings Year Round website. 

2.  By submitting an entry (or accepting any prize), each Entrant understands and agrees that first name, city and wedding date and business used may be posted online to the Weddings Year Round contest page or on Facebook.com WeddingsYearRound page.

3.  Any fraudulent accounts created at Weddings Year Round (detected by computer IP address or other means) will be disqualified from this contest.

4.  Additional entries may be created by other stated activites on WeddingsYearRound.com.  User must be logged into their Weddings Year Round.com account.   Each activity will be detailed on the website and will be explained on each applicable page.

5.  Prize recipients must be 18 years or older and residents of the US.

6.  No purchase necessary.  Void where prohibited.  Prize must be used before the expiration date listed on certificate. 

7.  The monthly gift certificate will be mailed to the winner.   We are not responsible for undeliverable mail due to incorrect address or any other issue.

8.  This contest is subject to end without notice.

9.  Weddings Year Round is not responsible should a business listed on our Resources page( referenced in Rule #1) not accept the gift certificate issued.

10.  If the purchase is less than $100, the remaining amount of the gift certificate is forfeited.
